Information Collection: The Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
Personal information or personally Identifiable Information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. In the course of using our Services, you may choose to provide us with personally identifiable information directly and we may collect such information from you from time to time when you use our Services ("Personal Information"). You may be asked to provide your Personal Information anytime you are in contact with us. We may also combine Personal Information with other information to provide and improve our Services, content, and advertising.
What Personal Information We Collect
When you register for our Services, purchase a product, download applications, software or updates, contribute or share content, sign-up for communications from us, or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information. Personal Information that we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, payment information and mailing address. Personal Information may also include information you supply to us concerning your preferences and interests expressed in the course of using the Services.
Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
If we combine or associate non-personal information with Personal Information the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined or associated.
Cookies and Other Technologies
Our Services, including our websites, online services, mobile features, applications, interactive features, social features, electronic communications, and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which Services or which parts of those Services people have used or visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches. We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer our Services, to learn about user behavior, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may use this information in our marketing and advertising services.
When you use our Services, our servers automatically record information that your browser or device sends whenever you use certain Services and store it in log files. This information may include, but is not limited to, your computer or device’s Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data or information you search for using our Services.

In some of our email messages, we may use a “click-through URL” linked to content available through our Services. Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened. We may use this information to analyze, improve, optimize reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.
We use a tool called “Google Analytics” a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to collect information about the use of our Services. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help analyze how users use our Services. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Services (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google Analytics collects information such as how often our users use our Services, what pages or features they visit or use when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to or using our Services. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Services, compiling reports on activity for website and application operators and providing other services relating to activity and internet usage. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Services. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you use our Services, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with Personal Information. By using our Services, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. You may opt out of Google’s advertising tracking cookie or use a browser plugin to opt out of all Google Analytics tracking software.
To provide location-based Services we may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or other device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and may be used by us and our partners and licensees to provide and improve our location-based products and services. Location data will only be collected when you opt-in to, purchase location services or otherwise consent to such collection. Some location-based Services that we may offer may require your Personal Information for the feature to work.

At times we may make certain Personal Information available to strategic partners that work with us to provide products and services, or that help us market to customers. Personal Information will only be shared by use to provide or improve our Services and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share Personal Information with companies, business partners and individuals who provide services to facilitate our Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform other related services (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of features) or to assist us in analyzing how the Services are used. Accessing Your Own Personal Information and Retention
You may review, update, or correct Personal Information provided by you in your registration or account profile, if any. We will make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your Personal Information so that you can request that we correct the information if it is inaccurate or to delete or remove your Personal Information from further processing. We may decline to process your requests if required or permitted by law or for other legitimate business purposes or if your requests are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Protection of Personal Information and Security
We take precautions, including reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures, to safeguard your Personal Information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures may include encrypting sensitive information using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption where Personal Information is collected and storing information behind a firewall. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
When you use some of our Services, post content on any Gallery, or share content or information through any forum or social networking service or feature we may offer, the Personal Information you choose to share may be visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the Personal Information you choose to submit in these instances. Please take care when using these features.

International Users and Transfer of Information
Our Services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
